Frequently asked questions:
How does “donation only” work?
All of our offerings are donation only to ensure accessibility to individuals in all financial situations. We have incorporated a new sliding scale to help you determine what would be a helpful donation based on your financial comfort and stability. Many individuals donate what they’d feel comfortable paying for a massage elsewhere. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. On average, we gift 3-5 free sessions a week to those who would otherwise not be able to receive that which could help their mind + body significantly. You can make a donation on behalf of someone and receive a gift certificate that instructs them how to schedule their appointment.
Where is the money going?
The donations are pooled and each month they’re distributed to pay rent for the studio space, to pay Aria a living wage as our resident Licensed Massage Therapist, and are invested in expanding what we’re able to offer to our community, as well as equipment for classes. If you’d like your donation to help / sponsor a specific class, piece of equipment, etc. you are more than welcome to do so and we can direct it where you want it to go.
Are sessions donation only because Aria is still working on her massage therapy license?
No. Aria is fully educated in massage, and has completed all of her necessary practice hours. You can learn more about her education and licensing below. You don’t need to sacrifice quality when you choose to support your community.
Sessions are donation only because we are living the practice of ensuring that mind-body wellness is accessible. There’s no catch. It is a gift. We are seeing a new truth, a new possibility, and a new world within our offering. We are imagining a world of each individual being able to have their unique needs met, without the hefty price tag of corporate healthcare.

“Life Undefined”
is a philosophy that was born out of awareness, infinite potential, and change. The narrative that we need to be constantly re-defining ourselves in order to grow has perpetuated the capitalism-consumer relationship- and has been keeping us smaller than we are. By incorporating even just undefined moments, we allow space for wonder, presence, and miracles to come in to our lives. These moments lack expectation and are overflowing with openness. Phrases like, “I’m so curious,” “Let’s see what happens,” and “I wonder…” are perfect prompts.
When we allow this openness and curiosity into our lives, we are making SPACE. This spaciousness is what we are then able to grow into. The four pillars of an undefined life are as follows:
EXPLORATION: curiosity, discovery, child-like, adventure, improvisation, play, student of life through experience, jumping right in
Prompts: What happens if I…? Where am I feeling fear of the unknown?
EXPANSION: new ideas, learning, student of life through stories, education is elevation, dreaming, seeing evidence of “it’s possible,” disproving limiting beliefs, everything is our Teacher, bringing anything back to the Truth, dissolving illusions
Prompts: What can I learn from this? Where do I continue to learn “the hard way?”
EVOLUTION: integration, adaption, big picture, trust, timing, practical application of what’s been learned, forward momentum, growth, releasing attachment to thing, situation, outcome, person etc.
Prompts: Where have I applied what I’ve learned? Where am I feeling resistance toward applying what I’ve learned?
EXPRESSION: exhale, effortless, flow, sharing, integrated, grounded, present, aligned, authentic, shameless, guiltless
Prompts: How does being myself light me up? Where does how I am expressing myself feel “off?”
God’s will for all is perfect peace and happiness.
